4th Arab Film Festival in Zurich, November 15 – December 16
From November 15 to December 16, 2018, the Arab Film Festival Zurich will present for the fourth time a wide selection of films from the Arab world and screens more then 35 feature films, documentaries and short films. Once again it shows how creatively young Arab cinema deals with political and social conditions. The actual festival with panel discussions and the presence of filmmakers will take place from 15 to 18 November at the Filmpodium Zurich. Thereafter, additional screenings will continue thru mid-December.
Focus on Egypt and Irak
This time, the focus will be on Egypt and Iraq, with panel discussions about filmmaking in these two countries.
